As Chair of Befrienders Worldwide, I would like to invite you to join us at our 2024 Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We all know from our work how hard it can be to find human connections. Our gathering in Colombo will be an opportunity to share many elements of best practice in suicide prevention and to recognize the challenge of isolation in a connected world. It will also enable us to connect with members of our Befrienders Worldwide family who we may not yet have had the opportunity to meet and to learn from the enormous collective experience and wisdom we share.
